Booking

Please call our Kyneton reception staff to book your appointment - (03) 5422 1298.

Please allow 1 hour for the assessment and ensure the CASA MRS questionnaire is completed ahead of time. Please bring all prescription eyewear to your appointment.

When booking, please alert staff:

• Class of medical required 1,2 or 3
• Initial or renewal
• Aviation Reference Number
• Up to date email
• Additional tests required

Blood tests can be organised prior to the appointment so that the results will be available at the time of examination.

Fees

CASA Class 1,2 or 3 Initial Issue $230 + GST
CASA Class 1,2 or 3 Renewal $230 + GST
CASA BASIC Class 2 $230 + GST
CASA Medical Clearance $100 + GST
ECG $70 + GST
Hearing Test $70 +GST
Blood Test $TBC (fasting lipids + glucose)
Manual completion of your MRS questionnaire $70 +GST

A deposit of $100 + GST must be paid upon appointment booking.

This amount will be forfeited upon non-attendance or late cancellation (within 2 hours of booked appointment time).
