We offer a variety of appointment types to suit your needs:

Standard Appointments (10–15 mins)

Ideal for a single issue. Please book in advance with your preferred doctor.

Rapid Bulk Billing Clinic

Short telehealth consultations (approx. 5 mins) for simple issues like scripts, medical certificates, or repeat referrals.
Available to existing patients.

Longer Appointments

Please call us to book if you have multiple or complex health issues, such as:

• Mental health concerns (including Mental Health Care Plans)
• Chronic disease reviews
• Travel consults/vaccinations
• Surgical procedures or Implanon
• Medical assessments or reports

Urgent Appointments

Call early in the day and let us know if it’s urgent. You may be assessed by our nurse and booked with the next available doctor.
In an emergency, call 000.

Off-Site Visits

Home visits available in select cases. Our doctors also provide care at local hospitals and aged care facilities.

Cancellations

Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you cannot attend. A non-attendance fee may apply.

New Patients

Please arrive early and complete the New Patient Form before your appointment.
