Dr James Al-Israel graduated from the College of Medicine at Duhok University in Iraq in 2011.

Following his graduation, he gained valuable clinical experience over three years working in Duhok before relocating to Australia.

In Australia, Dr Al-Israel worked at Ballarat Base Hospital, where he expanded his expertise across a wide range of medical specialties.
His roles included rotations in general medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology, general surgery, intensive care (ICU), urology, oncology, and psychiatry.

This broad exposure has equipped him with a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Dr Al-Israel is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care and values building long-term relationships with his patients.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending quality time with his family, walking, travelling, playing video games, and following soccer.
