Prescription Policy
To ensure safe medication management, most prescriptions—including repeats—require a consultation. In limited cases, a script may be issued without an appointment (fees may apply).

Code Red (Bushfire Risk) Policy
On days declared Code Red, all Springs Medical sites will close for safety. Limited urgent care may be available at Daylesford Hospital.
