Dr.Sashika Darshani is a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). She obtained her primary medical qualification (Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery) in 2005 from University of Ruhuna in Sri Lanka. She has been practicing as a General Practitioner in Australia for more than 4 years in many GP clinics (rural and metropolitan Victoria).

Before becoming a General Practitioner, she worked in a leading teaching hospital and medical centers in Sri Lanka. She is highly experienced in General Medicine, Women’s Health, Geriatric Medicine, Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine and Anaesthesia. She lives in Melbourne with her husband and two children. She spends her leisure time cooking dishes from all around the world, reading general subjects and traveling. She is a well organized personality, always finding smart ways to manage her time and tasks.
