How to book an appointment online




  • Login or signup. You will need a mobile phone number (and mobile reception at the time of making your first booking) and email address to use our online booking system.
  • For a standard appointment, choose your preferred location – Daylesford, Trentham or Kyneton.
  • For a specific type of appointment, choose PHONE consults, Allied Health/Special clinics (Physio, Podiatry, Psychology, Ear Wellness, CST-PAP).
  • You can view all of the available appointments for any day. Available appointments for a specific day can be viewed by scrolling through the appointment list, or selecting a specific day on the calendar.
    If you wish to view the available appointments with a specific doctor, select ‘Choose Your Practitioner’.
  • Select your preferred appointment time and follow the instructions given.
    • Note: Please use the same name as on your Medicare card.
  • If you are using our online booking system for the first time, a security code will be sent to your mobile phone that will need to be entered on the booking screen.
  • Once completed and confirmed, you will be sent an SMS confirming your appointment 24 hours prior to appointment.
  • To cancel an appointment booked online, please click the link in your confirmation email, enter NO to the SMS reminder or phone Springs Medical directly

Rapid Bulk Billing Clinic Appointments

The Rapid Bulk-Billing Clinic will enable you to book a bulk billed appointment for single-issue, simple consultations expected to last about 5 minutes (subject to availability). These appointments are available to all existing patients including private, pensioner and health care card holders.

Longer Appointments

If you have a complex matter (or multiple health issues) to discuss with your doctor, please phone us to book a longer appointment (Daylesford 03 5348 2227, Trentham 03 5424 1602 or Kyneton 03 5422 1298).

This will include the following:

  • Mental health conditions (including Mental Health Care Plans and reviews)
  • Chronic health conditions (including GP Management Plans and reviews)
  • Travel health checkups / vaccinations
  • Health assessments
  • Insurance, license and employment medical assessments
  • Medical reports
  • Completion of Centrelink or workcover documentation
  • Implanon insertion or removal
  • Immunisations
  • Surgical procedures
  • Procedures where a nurse is required eg: INR, ear syringe

Urgent Appointments

Please phone as early in the day as possible and advise that it is urgent. You may be assessed by our primary care nurse to determine the urgency. You will be booked with the first available doctor.
