Youth Wellness Centre

Youth Wellness Centre @ Daylesford Secondary College

The Youth Wellness Centre consists of a free and confidential General Practitioner service and wellbeing activities designed to encourage students of Daylesford Secondary College to make healthy lifestyle choices.

This service is be available fortnightly on Wednesdays, via Telehealth, from the school’s Wellbeing Services.

For all students in years 7 – 12 attending Daylesford Secondary College.

Springs Medical is proud to partner with Daylesford Secondary College and Hepburn Health Service to support the physical and mental health of students by providing a safe space for students to meet with a GP and discuss their health.

Appointments for the Youth Wellness Centre are available by calling the practice during business hours on 5348 2227 and requesting an appointment for the Youth Wellness Centre.


Appointments available for online booking Tuesday & Friday for both safe in-person and phone appointments. To book online Click here and select Allied Health/Special Clinics option. Alternatively, Students can attend on a walk-in basis if necessary.

The Youth Wellness Centre is fully funded by Medicare, therefore there is no out of pocket expenses to you or your child for this service.

Sorcha Stapleton is our Youth Wellness GP.

Originally from Perth, Sorcha is now working as a GP in Daylesford. Sorcha has a long interest in Adolescent health and wellbeing. She is involved in local mentoring organisations for at-risk youth and has completed a Diploma of Child Health. See full bio here.

Dr Sorcha can provide confidential health advice on a variety of topics, including:

• Coughs and colds
• Diet and nutrition
• Drug and alcohol issues
• Travel health advice
• Vaccinations
• Sexual health
• Mental health issues
• Stress management
• Any other medical advice
