Audiologist

  • Hearing Tests – no charge. Referral from GP required.
  • Hearing Aids:
    • Clients with a Pensioner Card may be eligible for the Government’s Office of Hearing Services program which provides a subsidy toward the cost of hearing aids.
    • Receipt provided to claim via a Private Health Fund. You will need to check with your provider to see if you are eligible.

Exercise Physiologist

Review / standard (30mins) $45 no concession, $30 with concession (No EPC)

  • TAC or Workcover patients welcome. We can bill directly to a third party if a letter of approval from TAC/Workcover is provided.

Private patients (no concession cards) - $178.25 (Out of pocket expense $90)
Patients with concession cards - $123.25 (Out of pocket expense $35)

GP referral (Mental Health Plan) required if you wish to claim the Medicare refund of $88.25

$150 per hour for standard appointment (Medicare rebate of $88.25)
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $88.
Failure to attend the appointment without notification will incur the full fee.

Ingrid Morgan

$215 per session. With a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, a $128.40 rebate is available.
This fee can be discussed in cases of financial hardship or with a health care card.

Payment Options

All patients are expected to settle their account on the day.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard only) and EFTPOS. Medicare claims are sent for processing online.
