The SIS Programs will be having a break over Christmas and New Year. The last exercise sessions will be held on Thursday 23rd Dec 2021 and we will be back on Tuesday 11th January 2022. The team will not be available between these dates but will pick up any messages when they return. Assessments are not available over this period but will recommence in second week of January.
Even though classes are not running, patients can keep moving during the holidays by going for a daily walk and practising some of the exercises they have learnt during classes. If patients would like some guidance on what to do at home please just ask the Exercise Physiologist.
We wish you a healthy and safe Christmas and New Year.
The Hepburn Shire SIS program is available for eligible patients living in Daylesford, Trentham, Creswick and the surrounding areas.
Please make an appointment with your GP to assess eligibility and for referral to SIS Wellness Coordinator.
