Your feedback is very important to us as it alerts us to potential problems with the service we provide and drives us to find a better way of doing things.

Of course we love to hear about the great things we do too!

If you have any suggestions, ideas or any concerns, please feel free to talk to your doctor or one of our receptionists. You may prefer to place your comments in one of the suggestion boxes provided in our waiting rooms.

Complaints can be put in writing using our Springs Medical Complaints Form and addressed to our General Manager.

We are committed to preserving your privacy and all complaints are treated confidentially.  We take complaints seriously and aim to respond to the complainant within 14 -21 days.
